A small reminder to Breathe

Breathe

Whenever I start to feel worried or stressed, I remember to stop and breathe – to very consciously stop thinking about whatever is bothering me (even if I’m right in the middle of it) and take a conscious deep breath (or three) until I’m able to slow down my heart a bit.

In these moments I just concentrate on the RUAH of God – the Hebrew word [Rûaħ or ruach, pronouced roo-ack] which means the breath of God, the Spirit of God, the Holy Spirit.

We read right from the very first verses in the Bible about God’s RUAH. How He created everything with His Word, His Spirit.

When I breathe in God’s RUAH into my lungs, I am reminded the God of the Universe; the ALL mighty, ALL powerful, Creator, God Who makes a way where there seems to be none, the ALL knowing & the ALL present God is with me, IN ME.

And He changes everything.

Since you’re reading this, I invite you to take a moment and Breathe in God’s Holy Spirit and ask Him to change your life and order your steps.

Post 12/52*
I’m doing I had planned to do 52 posts this year 2022: reflections/testimonies/book reviews/whatever God leads. Will see what I can do, with His Grace.

Hopefully you’ll be blessed by something I share! X
